1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. 12-Month Quality Assurance
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery.
If an issue arises, simply contact us with photos or videos, and we’ll provide a free replacement part or a partial refund.
Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or accidents is not covered under this warranty.
3. How to Initiate a Return/Claim
Email us at jackye@hshfurniture.net within the return/warranty period.
Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.
For defective items, we may require proof (e.g., order number, photos).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or final-sale products (clearly marked at purchase).
Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
5. Refund Process
Return & Refund: If a return is required, the refund will be issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refund Only: If a return is not necessary, the refund will be processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
